Epic of the Universe - The Birth of Life

[bsaudio]https://www.xiaozonglin.cn/usr/uploads/2023/07/2242971128.m4a[/bsaudio]
This article is my reflection on listening to a piece of music (the one above). I had thought about using a piece of music to write an article before and had made similar attempts. Perhaps the climax of that song came too quickly, and my pen wrote too slowly. Music can take us into a realm, perhaps beyond the universe, or transform us into a tiny speck of dust observing the world's development. When I hear certain segments of music, fleeting thoughts flash through my mind, so brief that I can't even write them down in time. The thoughts are short-lived, making it impossible for me to compose a blog post. (After so much rambling at the beginning, I believe I can do it now.)

Thinking about this universe, it may have started as a tiny point. Life on Earth was born at the very last moment of the universe's history. This event is like someone striking a match in a dark forest, like a rabbit suddenly darting across a vast grassland, like lighting a candle in a square. It's sudden, unexpected, delightful, immensely progressive, magnificent, vibrant, groundbreaking... I really can't find the right adjectives to describe this event.

Life is vibrant, engaging in unprecedented and frequent reproduction. Flowers bloom and leaves fall, water recedes and rocks emerge, the sea changes and the land transforms, branches grow lush. Fierce beasts run on boundless grasslands, and the ocean is teeming with a myriad of colorful and dazzling fish that are mesmerizing. Life left behind a rich, colorful, and epic wave of grandeur at the very last moment of the universe's history.

Because life was born, I am here writing. Because life was born, someone created this piece of music. Let us raise our joyous glasses high, praising the birth of life, praising the spark it ignited in this savage era of the universe.

Life originates from a single point. No matter how convincing debates we engage in, we cannot diminish the allure of this statement. We often say "the land is our mother," which probably also refers to this.

On a side note, I have recently been obsessed with the MBTI personality test. The result showed that I am an INFP, which may be the reason why I tend to be contemplative and imaginative.
